McDonald's in Osterholz-Scharmbeck

My friend threw the cucumber from Cheesburger into a car, he then had to give his address, but the chicken tastes good.

Repeatedly got part of the order wrong and when I called I was told that you were sorry and that we would get everything right next time. What use is the next time if it is packed wrong again anyway ?! And then another part is wrong and when you call you promise again that it will be done better the next time.

Well, let's put it this way: It can and will get better if the employees (not all of them!) Receive a short courtesy training.

I have never seen such aggressive staff! Am I yelled at for not saying my order directly? Then I say: "Mustard and sweet and sour sauce" And get 2 barbecues. Please finally change the staff or the store can close soon, I'll take care of that! It was the 4th time that something went wrong, it's enough!

First of all, why is there no machine for hand disinfection, thought that would be a must now ?? . If I had read the reviews beforehand, I would not have come here in the first place ? Would have ..... My order was made cold and extremely careless, the cheese was more in the packaging than on my burger .... ?? Instead of Coke I got ICE TEA ? ... It's almost the same ?? Very bad service. The person at the microphone hardly understood anything and understood nothing. Then a lady intervened who had a highly aggressive voice. My 12 year old daughter then only asked until she was serious and the order was not correct, we then gave up.

What should I say if the patty is missing in the hamburger, okay can happen but with the same order with the cheeseburger ??? I leave the mark as it is

Mc Grusel is more likely to happen, as spiders have been up to mischief at the respective counters everywhere in the DriveIn. Furthermore, there was no choice at breakfast, only 2 dishes, still had to wait 10 minutes even though we only ordered 3 breakfast burgers and were the only people with this McMüll. You don't need to mention that the staff is unfriendly. PS .: unfortunately no 0 stars possible.

Check your order thoroughly at the McDrive before driving off because staff here constantly forgets parts of my order like burgers, drinks (e.g. Capri Sun in the Happy Meal), wrong fries, sauces!!! They are just not paying attention to customers and their orders, they don't care.

New staff do not understand the system at all, which is not so difficult in system catering. The employees poke at each other. Even if the workload is not very busy, eating simply takes too long

It's been a long time since we had bad McDonalds food. Everything was cold and there was something wrong with it. And spent a total of over 36 euros ...

Unfortunately, nothing really happens here, despite criticism for years. The food is often not hot enough and therefore does not taste as good as it could. But what is really annoying is that the floor is extremely slippery. Always. Why is that? And why is that not finally changed ?! And for some time now the upholstery of the benches has been very sticky. It feels very uncomfortable when you sit down, you get stuck. Seems to be due to the material. The 2 stars are for the always nice staff, otherwise I would like to give 0. We'd rather go somewhere else.

Worst McD ever! Hardly any breakfast, no milkshakes, no chocolate cake and the worst of all: Dirty without end! We really had to look to find a seat that wasn't dirty. All of them were full of crumbs and were very sticky about 1 hour after the store opened !! The employee only said that the cleaning company was responsible. As I said, there were quite a few employees in the store and no customers, so you could have cleaned up a bit. Disgusting store !!

Ordered at the terminal as always. When delivering to the table stiff and firm claims that it is the right order. Unfortunately one drink was missing and the happy meal was also wrongly packed. The drink was delivered later, but despite comparing it with the checkout and order bong, the happy meal was still correctly delivered. But then it was taken. When after almost 10 minutes the replacement was apparently forgotten, went to the counter to (politely) ask if you could take it with you. Waitress packed me the remaining things and pressed them into my hand. We then left. The waitress at the entrance looked at me strangely and overwhelmed because I left my food (sorry, it really didn't taste good today). But the bottom line: even my child says we don't need to go there anymore.

BAD!!! Ordered for the third time in a row at the drive-in counter and paid for everything in the end, but found out at home that not everything was there. The employees, mostly audibly stressed, do not quite hear the order. There is a constant lack of food that has been ordered and thus paid for. Sometimes fries, sometimes a burger, sometimes even a whole junior bag. Yesterday we just stopped at the counter and checked everything carefully. There were no french fries, there were wrong things in the junior bag. The employee constantly taking new orders and paying little attention to us. In the end, apparently still got everything, but at home you realize that something is still missing. It's unbelievable how they work there. Especially since you have paid for EVERYTHING as written.

I recently ordered something in advance using the app. Everything went great and went quickly.
